Welcome Yasmine!

Yasmine Porschen is a medical student at the Justus Liebig University in Giessen, Germany. After gaining experiences at the Institute of Neuropathology in Giessen, she is now at Monash University for an internship to gain further knowledge in pharmaceutical sciences. Under the supervision of Prof. Nicolas Voelcker and Dr. Ahmed Refaat Ahmed, she will work on the permeability of the blood-brain barrier for drugs in microfluid organ-on-chip models.
