Welcome Ali
Ali Balkis joins the Voelcker group!
His research interests include the chemical and electrochemical synthesis and characterisation of nanostructured materials; electrocatalysis; catalysis; the application of electrochemical methods to various aspects of physical, chemical and biological science; analytical spectroscopy; recreational drug discovery and natural products.
He will be working with Dave, Maria and Eduardo on a project titled “Novel fabrication strategies for surface assisted-laser desorption/ionisation (SALDI)-mass spectrometry”.
