Anti-fouling and/or anti-thrombotic medical devices: The present disclosure relates to anti-fouling and/or anti-thrombotic medical devices, methods for reducing fouling and/or thrombosis associated with medical devices, and methods for coating substrates to reduce fouling and/or thrombosis.
