Welcome Sanduru
Sanduru Thamarai Krishnan commenced his Ph.D at MIPS, Monash University in February 2018 under the supervision of Prof. Nico Voelcker and co-supervision of Dr. David Rudd. His Doctoral studies focus on Lab-on-chip MALDI for the analysis on metabolomics for biomarker detection related to neurodegenerative disorder.
Sanduru received his Master’s (Engg.) from Gachon University, South Korea. During his studies he worked on “Development of colorimetric based thin film sensor for the detection of breath biomarker” related to human renal disease. He obtained his Bachelors (Engg.) from Anna University, India where his thesis was Study of production of Cephalosporin-c by Acremonium Chrysogenum. He is also interest in exploring ideas on neuron signalling/pathway for the human disease. Other than research, he is social, loves to drive cars and explore scenic places.
